In 2007, Jacksonville Humane Society suffered a devastating loss when its facilities caught fire; although still able to operate, they were limited. Bacon Group was hired to provide a master plan for the site and design for new structures. The Community Veterinary Hospital is the first new building and a new shelter is pending the capital campaign. Bacon Group is the architect of record. Elkins Construction is the Construction Manager and contractor. |
